Are you experienced with obtaining soft funding for companies? Do you want to take on the challenge defining and implementing a soft fundraising strategy for the world's leading consumer neuroscience enterprise?
Then keep on reading!
As Neurons is on its journey of rapid growth, we need a Soft Funding Coordinator to define and implement a strategy for raising soft funds to foster innovation and growth. Neurons has a long history of obtaining national and international funding and collaborating with leading international universities. We now seek to strengthen our soft funding initiatives and coordination as an important part of our next growth phase.
Our work on bringing neuroscience + AI solutions to a broader user base means that our projects range from basic neuroscience and psychology research, through the development of better methods, metrics, and models, and finally to full commercial deployment. This creates a dynamic workplace where cross-departmental collaboration and constant learning are the keys to success.
This role's responsibilities are open for you to define, therefore you are free to decide how much you need to be involved with product and innovation. What matters is the outcome - you are free to design the process the way you believe is the most efficient! We are an open-minded team that is open to discussion, all we need from you is to be strategic and creative.
Reporting to the broader Science team and directly to the CEO, you will need the following to succeed in this role:
- At least 3 years of experience with obtaining soft funding for companies
- High level of organisation and structure
- Attention to detail
- Experience with coordinating the project reporting to the funding agency and midway + final reporting
- Experience with soft funding for projects that involve basic academic, applied science, and commercial deployment, or any combination of the three
- Experience with funding that involves commercial and academic partners is a plus, but not a requirement
