Head of Sales

We're now looking for a strategic, driven, and inspiring Head of Sales to lead and scale our team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Your key responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of AEs and SDRs. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment that prioritize psychological safety and shared success.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own sales strategy and execution. Forecast, set targets, and ensure your team consistently exceeds quota.
- Optimize the Sales Funnel: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Experience and Revenue Operations to refine lead generation, pipeline conversion, and deal acceleration strategies.
- Build Repeatable Sales Processes: Design and implement scalable sales systems, tools, and processes that enable high performance across the team.
- Hire & Scale: Identify talent gaps and recruit high-potential sales professionals to grow the team.
- Report & Analyze: Track sales KPIs and pipeline metrics. Provide regular performance insights to executive leadership.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in sales leadership roles, including managing both AEs and SDRs.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience in hiring, onboarding, and coaching sales teams to high performance.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Even better if you have:
- Experience leading regional or pod-structured sales teams within a scaling organization.
- A strong cross-functional mindset: additionally to Marketing and Customer Experience, you work closely with Product, Revenue Operations, and People & Culture.
- A calm head in times of change - you thrive in ambiguity and help others stay focused through it.
- Experience with complex sales cycles, multiple buyer personas, and technical or data-driven products.
- A strong lens on inclusive team building and a track record of contributing to a positive team culture.
- Strategic chops - you think beyond your team to help shape how the business wins in the market.
