Your key responsibilities:

At Neurons, design is at the heart of how we connect with the world. As our Digital Designer, you’ll have the chance to:

Craft engaging, high-quality web designs that blend creativity and usability.
Develop eye-catching social media ads, sales decks, customer stories, webinar visuals, event banners, and other marketing assets that capture attention and convert.
Shape and safeguard the Neurons brand - keeping it fresh, relevant, and inspiring across every touchpoint.
Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create designs that not only look amazing but also deliver results.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and bringing that knowledge to your work.
Take full ownership of your projects from first spark, to polished delivery.
(Bonus points!) Elevate our brand further by bringing ideas to life through motion design and animation.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience: At least 3+ years in digital design (even better if it’s in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment).
A standout portfolio that showcases your skills across web, digital ads, and brand design.
A sense of ownership: You’re confident taking projects from the first spark of an idea all the way to polished delivery.
An eagle eye for detail paired with the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
A collaborative mindset: You’re great at working with other teams, taking feedback, and turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
Extra flair: Skills in motion or animation design are a big plus.
