Junior Project Coordinator
Student Assistant (Explore Team)
Neurons, the world’s leading consumer neuroscience company, is looking for an enthusiastic and curious Junior Project Coordinator (Student Assistant) to join our Explore team. If you’re a student excited about getting real hands-on experience in behavioral science, research operations, and bringing projects to life, this role is a great opportunity to grow and learn with us!
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Your performance will be measured by your ability to deliver accurate research operations, maintain high-quality data outputs, and keep projects moving smoothly. You will have clear, observable objectives from day one.
Deliver Reliable and Accurate Project Execution
You will succeed when you can:
- Set up and coordinate online research studies with zero avoidable delays and high procedural accuracy.
- Execute data collection sessions that meet Explore protocol standards (e.g., complete, valid, and error-free datasets).
- Prepare and test all study materials so that studies launch without technical or content-related issues.
Maintain Consistent Research and Data Quality
You will be expected to:
- Capture structured, scientifically aligned observations that can be incorporated directly into project documentation.
- Apply Neurons’ quality control procedures so data meets required integrity thresholds (e.g., accurate timestamps, correct stimuli order, complete sample checks).
- Flag inconsistencies or risks early, ensuring issues are identified before delivery.
Strengthen Team Operations and Project Flow
You will be successful when you:
- Support daily project operations so timelines stay on track and handovers are frictionless.
- Complete ad-hoc operational tasks with reliability and ownership.
- Communicate clearly with project coordinators and researchers, ensuring blockers, updates, and results are shared proactively.
What You Bring To Perform Well in This Role
To excel, you should have:
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (psychology, behavioral science, business, communication, data science, or related areas).
- Strong written and spoken English skills for precise communication and documentation.
- A structured working approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Curiosity for technical tools, digital workflows, and operational processes.
- Basic analytical capability: you will grow this further in the role.
- Experience writing reports or structured documentation (preferred but not required).
