What Success Looks Like
As a Senior Account Executive, your success is measured by revenue impact and deal quality. You’ll do well when you consistently build pipeline, run strong consultative sales cycles, and close ICP-fit customers who stick and expand.
You're successful when you:
- Hit (or beat) your quarterly and annual quota with accurate forecasting.
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage through a mix of outbound and inbound conversion.
- Move enterprise and mid-market deals forward with clear discovery, strong value framing, and good momentum.
- Close customers who activate smoothly because expectations and value were clear from day one.
Drive Consultative Sales That Converts
- Engage senior stakeholders in our ICP and uncover real business problems worth solving.
- Connect Neurons’ AI + neuroscience capabilities to measurable outcomes (ROI, better decisions, stronger marketing performance).
- Run structured discovery and qualify hard, so you spend time where there’s real value and fit.
Own Pipeline and the Full Sales Cycle
- Build and manage a reliable pipeline in CRM with clean stages and realistic close dates.
- Lead opportunities end-to-end; from first meeting to negotiation and signature.
- Keep deals moving with clear next steps, strong follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment.
Build Trusted Partnerships
- Become a credible advisor who customers trust early in the process.
- Handle objections calmly and clearly, without discounting your way to a win.
- Set the right expectations so the handover to CS is smooth and customers succeed fast.
What You Bring to Thrive
You'll ramp fastest if you have:
- A strong track record of hitting quota in B2B SaaS (enterprise or upper mid-market).
- A structured, consultative selling style with sharp discovery and qualification.
- Comfort with technical products; you can understand AI-driven value and explain it simply.
- Solid CRM/pipeline discipline and a data-driven approach to prioritization.
- Resilience and pace; you stay accountable, adapt quickly, and don’t need heavy direction.
