Customer Success Manager - US Market

As part of our continued expansion in the US market, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Austin team. This is a unique opportunity to step into our CX organization during an exciting phase of growth and help shape what Customer Success looks like for our US customers.

What Success Looks Like
In your first 3 months, you’ll build strong relationships with your assigned customer portfolio, gain deep product knowledge, and establish yourself as a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
Within 6 months, you’ll be proactively driving customer engagement, identifying success opportunities, and bringing customer insights back into the business.
By 12 months, you’ll be delivering high renewal rates, uncovering expansion potential, and playing a central role in strengthening Neurons’ presence across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion, ensuring that each customer gains maximum value from Neurons’ platform.
Your day-to-day focus will include monitoring customer health, addressing risks early, guiding customers in product usage, and ensuring every interaction drives impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and help shape our offerings.
You’ll also reactivate dormant customers, support cross-functional projects, and help refine our Customer Success processes as we scale in the US.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing a portfolio of clients and building long-term relationships.
A proven track record of reducing churn, increasing product engagement, and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Experience with marketing, branding, or performance marketing agencies is highly preferred. You’ll have the ability to tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding and advertising, which will help you provide insightful guidance to clients.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work effectively across teams.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar).

Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Focus on retaining revenue while growing accounts.
Product Engagement: Maximize the use of our platform by advising users on new features and opportunities.
Expansion & Upsell: Identify new opportunities for customers to expand their use of Neurons and increase revenue.
