Product Marketing Manager
Are you obsessed with AI and curious about how neuroscience can reshape advertising?
At Neurons, we’ve built the world’s first AI solution for predictive creative intelligence, powered by the world’s largest proprietary neuroscience database. We don’t guess what works in advertising; we predict it, instantly scoring creative on attention, emotional engagement, cognitive load, and memory response.
We’re now entering a big growth phase, scaling from $10M → $50M in revenue over the next two years, and we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help lead that journey.
You’ll report to our Head of Marketing, manage a Senior Product Marketer, and sit at the center of Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and RevOps, turning powerful tech into clear commercial impact.
We’ll be collecting applications through the Christmas break and will start first-round reviews from early January. Thanks for your patience, and happy holidays!
Why Neurons?
You’ll join at the sweet spot where product-market fit is proven, and growth is accelerating:
Unique tech – AI powered by a massive neuroscience dataset, used by global brands and agencies.
Real impact – Your work shapes how major advertisers build and optimize creative.
Pivotal timing – This is a key hire for our 2026–2027 growth strategy. You help write that story.
Culture – High trust, high energy, low ego. Your expertise is heard and your impact is visible.
What You’ll Achieve in This Role
This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who has already shipped meaningful PMM work in B2B SaaS and is ready to own the function at scale.
1. Lead GTM for New Products & Features
You will design and run end-to-end Go-To-Market motions that drive adoption and revenue:
Turn complex neuroscience + AI capabilities into sharp, outcome-focused value propositions.
Anchor messaging around marketer outcomes: brand recall, CTR, engagement, ad recall.
Plan and execute launches so new features translate into demos, usage, and upsell.
Success looks like: faster time-to-adoption, more demos for new features, and clear, consistent messaging across teams.
2. Build a High-Impact Content & Enablement Engine
You’ll make sure Sales and CX never walk into a conversation empty-handed:
Create and maintain collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and talk tracks.
Lead bottom-of-funnel content: relevant customer case studies and success stories that prove ROI.
Host and manage customer webinars to drive adoption, expansion, and product education.
Success looks like: more relevant customer cases in-market, increased use of collateral, and Sales/CX actively requesting your assets.
3. Be the Cross-Functional “Glue”
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, CX, and RevOps:
Align all stakeholders around clear GTM plans, positioning, and timing.
Run structured feedback loops from Sales & CX back into Product and pricing.
Help optimize pricing and packaging models based on customer behavior and market signals.
Success looks like: smoother launches, fewer misalignments, stronger internal communication, and better commercial decisions.
4. Lead & Grow the Product Marketing Function
You’ll own the day-to-day of Product Marketing as a small but mighty team:
Manage, mentor, and develop a Senior Product Marketer.
Set standards for quality, consistency, and execution in PMM.
Help define how Product Marketing scales as Neurons grows from $10M to $50M+.
Success looks like: a cohesive PMM team, clear ownership, and PMM recognized as a key driver of NRR and revenue.
What You Bring
We know this is an ambitious role. Here’s what will help you thrive:
5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally in a scale-up environment.
Hands-on experience in a company growing from roughly $10M → $50M ARR.
Genuine passion for AI and marketing: you’re excited by how tech is changing advertising.
Ability to turn complex technical concepts (like neuroscience data) into simple, benefit-led stories for marketers.
Strong stakeholder skills: you’re comfortable navigating Product, Sales, CX, and Leadership without friction.
A commercial mindset: you think in terms of adoption, win rates, NRR, and ROI, not just deliverables.
You’re structured, communicative, and proactive, with energy that lifts the team.
Ready to manage and grow a Product Marketing team, not just your own work.
How We'll Measure Your Impact
You’ll have clear signals that show what’s working. We’ll look at how quickly customers adopt new features after launch, how many relevant customer cases you help bring to market, and whether launches translate into real pipeline; like demos booked for new features and inbound demo requests through our website. We’ll also pay attention to how Sales and CX are using (and valuing) the collateral you build, plus what content usage data tells us (downloads, shares, and enablement adoption). On the internal side, strong stakeholder management and communication will be a key part of success, and over time we’ll expect your work to contribute to smarter, more optimized pricing and packaging decisions as we continue to scale.
