As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Assistant to join our central commercial planning function. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, a steep learning curve, and direct exposure to how data, systems, and strategy come together in a scaling AI company.
What You'll Achieve In This Role
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:
Build a strong understanding of how Neurons’ commercial engine works, from leads to customers to long-term accounts.
Help ensure high-quality, reliable CRM data, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate effectively.
Apply Neurons’ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to real accounts and leads, supporting smarter commercial decisions.
Translate data and analysis into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Develop a solid foundation in business operations, analytics, and commercial strategy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Applying the Neurons ICP to evaluate and validate company and account data, including mapping complex corporate hierarchies.
Managing account hygiene by preventing duplicates and maintaining clean, accurate CRM records.
Analyzing lead and account quality and supporting strategic recommendations based on your findings.
Continuously improving CRM data quality in line with the needs of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Supporting ad-hoc market analysis and research tasks in close collaboration with commercial teams.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
0–1 year of experience performing business analysis or data-related tasks (internships and student roles count).
Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. (If you’re studying something else but feel this role strongly aligns with your interests and skills, we still encourage you to apply).
Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
Previous experience with a CRM system is a plus.
Basic statistical knowledge is a plus.
