Customer Success Manager - Agency-Client Relationships

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our fantastic CX team.
This role is based in our Austin office.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
End-to-end responsibility for assigned customers' health and success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Promptly respond to and monitor pipeline, engagements, health, and risk alerts through key tools, programs, and insights.
Proactively strategize for client engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and reduce churn risk.
Monitor clients' usage of our products/services and provide guidance on how to maximize value.
Effectively handle and resolve customer issues, both general and individual.
Stay up to date and identify new ways customers can leverage Neurons' innovative products and features.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and provide feedback.
Ensure all activities — both customer-facing and administrative — meet agreed quality standards and timelines.
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to help customers get the most value from Neurons’ services.
Maintain the overall health of your portfolio and proactively reactivate dormant customers.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
What you will need:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a growth mindset, strong ownership, and high integrity. You’re a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is excited to grow alongside the company.
In addition, you ideally have:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of building relationships, reducing churn, and driving engagement and revenue growth.
Experience working within or with creative, marketing, or performance marketing agencies (highly preferred).
A solid understanding of key marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
