Product Designer
At Neurons, we’re revolutionizing how brands understand and engage with people. By combining state-of-the-art AI with deep neuroscience insights, we help companies predict consumer responses in seconds, transforming marketing into something more predictive, actionable, and effective.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us push this mission forward.
As a Product Designer at Neurons, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative product trio made up of Product, Design, and a Tech Lead. Together, the trio owns the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition to solution design, delivery, and iteration.
This is not a role about ticking boxes. It’s about solving meaningful problems, building scalable systems, shipping products that create real impact, and helping raise the design bar as we grow.
If you’re excited about designing great technology and seeing your work make a difference in the real world, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You’ll help uncover user needs, shape product direction, rapidly prototype ideas, and work closely with engineers to bring solutions to life.
You’ll have significant ownership over your product area and the opportunity to see your work shipped quickly to customers, tested in the market, and measured against real business outcomes.
You’ll be expected to work through ambiguity, ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and use design as a way to create clarity, alignment, and momentum.
You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
As a growing scale-up, decisions are made close to the teams doing the work. That means you’ll have direct access to leadership, the ability to influence product direction, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both the product and the company as a whole.
You Are
A hands-on designer who can move independently from problem framing to execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Curious, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity without waiting for perfect instructions.
A strong problem solver who looks beyond the surface of a request to understand the real user, product, and business problem.
Confident enough to speak your mind, challenge decisions constructively, and help the team make better choices.
Able to explain design decisions clearly, using both user-centered reasoning and business language.
Excited about the opportunity to work in a product trio; where design, product, and engineering share responsibility for discovery, solution, and delivery.
You Have
3-5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related fields, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products.
Strong visual design craft, with attention to layout, hierarchy, interaction, usability, and detail.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
Curious about AI technology and excited to explore how it can shape the future of design, product development, and digital product creation.
Experience designing and optimizing user journeys that balance user needs, business goals, and product outcomes.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and an interest in using AI to improve design workflows, research, prototyping, and productivity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, design craft, and measurable impact on product or business outcomes.
Nice To Have
Experience working on SaaS, AI-powered products, developer tools, or complex digital platforms.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
Understanding of experimentation, analytics, A/B testing, and data-informed product development.
Experience working in environments where design, product, and engineering share responsibility for discovery and delivery.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or modern front-end frameworks.
Location
This role is based at our headquarters in the Greater Copenhagen Area.
We’re unable to support fully remote work for this position, but we offer agreed flexibility.
