As a senior member of our Project Management Office, you will take the lead in your role, working independently with reports and client presentations, and setting the standard bar for high-quality reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating the templates necessary for success.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data and extracting valuable insights to support our clients and business strategies. 

This senior position requires exceptional proficiency in the English language, outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills for business, and expertise in identifying and communicating meaningful findings from research and data analysis to our clients. 

The candidate should also have extensive experience presenting reports to clients, effectively conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive research utilizing various neuroscience, psychological, and behavioural methods, including EEG, eye-tracking, implicit measures, surveys, and data analysis, to gather and interpret information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans that align with our business objectives.

• Analyze and synthesize research findings, distilling complex information into clear, concise, and impactful insights.

• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the significance of the insights for strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and deliver professional reports and presentations, tailoring the content and delivery style to the specific needs of clients.

• Establish and maintain the standard for high-quality reporting, ensuring that all templates and deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in research methodologies, and evolving customer preferences.

• Uncover and identify new insights and trends relevant to our industry, market, and target audience.

• Maintain files, protocols, and documentation to ensure accurate and easily accessible information.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior role, with a strong track record of generating and analyzing insights.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.

• Advanced copywriting and storytelling expertise, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

• Proficiency in utilizing research methodologies and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and strategic mindset.

• Extensive experience presenting reports and insights to clients, effectively conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

• Ability to work independently and take the lead on projects, as well as collaborate in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with eye-tracking, EEG, or other subconscious research methods is a plus.
